Prologue:

Here in Oklahoma, things are gonna get problematic for Brittany Johnson, named as it was because of her origin. 

Brittany Johnson, a 15 years old girl, moved from France to the USA because of a financial problem that her father had,  since when in 1995, Raoul Johnson, her father, made a pact with the local biggest bank, and ever returned the money, the federal police arrested him and took him to jail.

The next few years, Marcelle Prairie, Brittany's mother, paid the great debt, her husband' bail, and left their country to move to America. Raoul had forbidden to leave France, so  he stayed... alone.

Now, Brittany is new in school, not too ready to find new friends.
