Delirium - Lauren Oliver
Beautiful Creatures series - Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl
Boys don't cry - Malorie Blackman
Thirteen reasons why - Jay Asher
I really hope you like my suggestions, if you haven't read them already. Happy reading :)

It is definitely one of the best books I've ever read. I recommended it to a friend and she hadn't even read 5 chapters and said it was boring and I was like -_- you're not allowed to say that until you read the whole book! I think I cried at the end

I'm gonna go with typical tumblrish white girl books. Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky and Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Right now I'm reading Looking for Alaska by John Green and it's pretty good so far. I know I've read a lot more but I'm too lazy to go to my room :D

ehh. yeah everyone is likely gonna recommend the standard YA affair. I'm gonna drop down some creative writing for you.

"When the Hero Comes Home"
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11344621-when-the-hero-comes-home

It's a series of short stories so it makes good bedtime reading. Read one story then go to bed... or maybe read two more. The stories all take place in the 'after' after the Hero is done and they "come home" but home isn't always welcoming.. and the "hero" isn't always the good guy. It is one of the most creative things I've read in the past 5 years. Outsides of maybe "All You Zombies" by Robert Heinlein.

Most of the stories are pretty accessible so you don't have to be a BIG nerd to be able to understand them.
