funny how anxiety can

cause you to reward yourself for doing or saying the simplest, every day things; which people who don't have it don't think of it as anything but the usual. like seriously raising my hand in class or asking the store associate for help without being told to can just make my day because i feel like i might actually be able to live life with the ability to speak when i need to and i have hope for no longer being socially awkward.
