Okay, I'm a Canadian who was wondering HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR SOMEBODY TO SAY IT.
So in all honesty, preach girl. It was about time somebody had said this.

I admire patriotism, but when it crosses the line into turning a blind eye, I'm glad people like you still recognise truths.
There's a lot of great things about America - as is the case for many, if not all, nations - and as is the case for every one of these nations, there's a lot of stuff wrong as well.
I'm not American but I still really like this quote. It's truthful.

very true. but were Italy, Germany, france, china, russia, and the whole Europe etc... the first on the moon? can they be proud of Steve Jobs and the invention of Apple®? Can they be proud of the food we have? Can they be proud of the Jefferson, lincoln, etc.. Memorials? Can they be proud of our no-one-knows-what-language we speak? they are MANY MORE facts and things that other countries don't have and these facts make america the greatest at them. Does Russia have cereal makers like Battle Creek, Michigan does? No, we are the greatest at that :P

Steve Jobs is american? Einstein is German. Plus why are you so proud about Steve Jobs? Rude, dismissive, hostile, spiteful: Apple employees—the ones not bound by confidentiality agreements—have had a different story to tell over the years about Jobs and the bullying, manipulation and fear that followed him around Apple. Jobs contributed to global problems, too. Apple's success has been built literally on the backs of Chinese workers, many of them children and all of them enduring long shifts and the specter of brutal penalties for mistakes. And, for all his talk of enabling individual expression, Jobs imposed paranoid rules that centralized control of who could say what on his devices and in his company.
Steve Jobs was manipulative.
Steve Jobs did lots of drugs.
Steve Jobs abandoned his baby-mama (mother of his children) just because he was abandoned as a child.
He was a total jérk.
So saying Steve Jobs is American is not helping you, it just shows how Americans can be aśsholes.
'Can they be proud of the food we have?' I AM LAUGHING AT THIS OH MY GOD. The food you have? You mean the food that makes most of the country OBESE? Indian, Greek, Italian, Turkish, French food are the types of food people are proud of- not American.
No Russia doesn't have those cereals instead they have dishes like Bliny, Caviar, Oladyi that represent their countries a lot better than some cereals.
I am laughing at your comment. Do you think you're all that great because you're American? Most people call Americans the dumbest people on earth. They're workaholics, half of them get divorces, most kids do drugs and smoke god knows what because their parents are too busy with work to care.
Do you still think you're the greatest?

You just had to single out liberals, didn't you?
I notice that you like to single out a lot of specific groups.
