I found this really old letter in my grandmas house.
Heres what it said.
Dear
Son, I'm writing this letter slow, cause i know
you cant read fast. We dont live where we did when you left, This
new place has a washing machine. The first day i put 4 shirts in
there, and pulled the chain an hadnt seen em' since.
It only rained twice this week, 3 days the
fist time and four days the second.
About your father, he has a lovely new job.
He has over 500 men under him. He is cutting grass at the
cemetery.
About your sister, she had a baby this
morning. I havent found out whether its a boy or a girl, so i
dont know if you are an aunt or an uncle.
Three of your friends went off the bridge in
a pickup, 1 was drivin' The other two was in the back. The
diver got out. He rolled the window down and swam to safety. The
other two drowned, they couldnt get the tailgait down. Not
much more news this time, nothing much has happened.
