As in "Detox" I mean,
No contacts, no makeup, messy bun, sweatpants.
& For all my cutters; don't wear long sleeves. I want you to write "I HAVE HOPE" on both of your wrists, and I want you to be free. Smile for once. If you feel like crying, then cry. Don't hold it in.
For one day, I want everyone to be nobody except themselves.
