Okay so basically I have a small group of friends in which there is 5 of us. Two of my firends (T and S)are doing a dance together along with other people but one of my friend(T) never shows up to practice bc she has track and if she does she leaves early so S started getting mad. T was confused on part of a dance and said she was gonna not do the rest of the dance so S was getting more mad and then they didn't talk for a couple of days. On Saturday, T told me she wasn't mad at S and today in the morning S told me she wasn't mad at T. So I was trying to get them to talk to each other but it didn't work. Today we were told if ALL of the members of the dance were there they were gonna get cut from the show, and T had practice today and her boyfriend ( who is also in the dance) had a race, so they couldn't come. So as a group they all decided to kick them out of the dance but then the teacher said that S was kicking T out of the program and making her seem like a bad person ( which she didn't do). Now everyone is mad at eachother and they want me to pick sides and I don't know what to do. I've been telling T to say sorry and that S has the right to be mad but she gets defensive. So what do u think I should do? I'm so sorry this is long and proably dosen't make sense :p but if u took the time to read this thank u :)

Ok hey darling. So basically all of your friends are in a dance group and the defensive one kicked the one that's always late out? And now everyone's just like super angry right?

Hey doll ok so this might be like not helpful sorry! But is the bf kicked out of the dance group too? And okay ur defensive friend obviously won't respond to you saying "She didn't mean it" or anything like that. Another thing. You probably know this but don't choose sides but like make it obvious that you are willing to let any of them come talk/vent to you. Sorry this sounds like an awful situation. Any updates from today?

Hey! And yeah he is and noo it's okay I apperciate ur help. And today they had a group meeting and my two friends started yelling at each other and then one of them walked away. So yea it got worst, I'm trying my best to try and be neutral and show them I'm not taking sides but I feel like the defensive one is mad at me bc she barely talked to me today and the only thing she talked about was the whole fight thing so idk

Yeah maybe she feels like ur on the other friend's side it seems like that. I don't know this just sounds really rough.
