Okay ,this is not funny quote that many
people will read, but if you do I love and thank you.
It's my quote that may help someone or at least I hope it
will.
What do you feel when you lock the door?
You feel safety; so do I.
But if you think about it, if someone realy wants to do us
harm it won't be very hard to break that fragile lock. A
gun, a pin, a copied key, some muscle, is enough to open the
door, yet, knowing that we feel safe. I walk everyday into my
house and feel relief locking the door. So okay, maybe we are
safer than leaving the door open.
But, what if actually the enemy is inside? We are actually
blocking our way out. We are blocking our escape and help
that may come in.
We put ourselves in danger by trying to keep the danger
out.
That is what happens when you lock your heart after being
heartbroken. You want to protect yourself, and by doing that
you lock pain inside. Because in that moment the pain
isn't outside of the "door", but inside of the
"house".
Open your heart, let the pain
out.
