I know someone.
We call him 'big al. He has a foot desiese. He had to cut
some of his toe of (barely anything just about nothing). Then it
got worse. He had to get half his toe cut off. Then he got
better. He was doing great. Then it got way way way worse. Now he
has to get his left foot cut off.
