Chapter 30
(part 1)
Drew's
P.O.V
I woke up to the
sound of my mom walking into the bathroom. I rolled over and saw
my clock said 6:30.
"Morning mom," I hollered as I heard my mom walk
downstairs. I sat up and ran a hand through my hair trying to
wake up.
"Morning hun!" My mom said in her cheerful voice. I
stood up and threw on a shirt. I walked down to the kitchen where
my mom and baby sister were.
"Drewwww!" Addison, my baby sister, called out as she
ran at me.
"Hey cutie!" I said as I picked her up and swung her
around. She giggled as I set her back down.
"I'll make you some eggs," my mom said as I sat
down at the counter.
"Thanks mom!" I said smiling at her as I picked up my
phone off the counter. I decided to text Cassidy. I'm glad
that we're not arguing anymore. I hate fighting with Cassidy,
it makes me feel even worse that she worries about me cheating on
her again. But I know I definitely won't cheat on her again.
She's too perfect.
Drew: Good morning beautiful, can't wait to see your
gorgeous face;) <3
I set my phone back down and watched Addison play with one of her
toys. Then I turned my attention back to my phone because I heard
it go off.
Cassidy: Morning sexy! Hahaha can't wait to see your
handsome face:P <3
I smiled as I read the message. Cassidy makes me smile no matter
what. That's one of the things I love most about her.
"What are you smiling about?" My mom asked looking over
at me smirking.
"I'm not smiling," I said laughing.
"Who are you texting?" My mom said still smirking at
me. She knew about Cassidy so she probably already knew the
answer.
"Cassidy!" I said proudly.
"When am I gonna be able to meet her? If she makes you smile
this much I deserve to meet her!" My mom said putting the
eggs on a plate.
"I don't know," I said as she put the plate of eggs
in front of me.
"How about you invite her over for dinner tonight!" My
mom said suddenly with a big smile on her face. I took a bite of
my eggs and thought about it.
"Okay! I'll ask her!" I said taking another bite of
my eggs.
"Addi guess what! We're meeting Drew's friend
tonight!" My mom said crouching down beside Addi and
tickling her.
"Yayyy!" Addi squealed as my mom tickled her a little
bit more.
"Oh man I've gotta go!" I said as I finished my
eggs and jumped out of my seat. I ran upstairs and into the
bathroom because I had to shower. I quickly washed up, washed my
hair and then stepped out. I shaved the little hair I have on my
face and then changed. I wore some jeans and an American Eagle
sweatshirt. I looked in the mirror quick before I headed out the
door. I checked my hair and how I looked. Ever since I started
going out with Cassidy I've cared more about how I look. I
was happy with how I looked so I headed back downstairs.
"I've gotta go mom! I love you!" I said walking up
to her. I gave her a big hug as she kissed my cheek.
"Have a great day hun!" she said smiling. I'm glad
that smile is finally coming back!
"Bye Addi!" I said ruffling her hair and then kissing
the top of her head.
"Bye Drew!" she squealed as I walked to the door. I
grabbed an Obey hat and put it on. Then I put my phone in my
pocket and grabbed my keys. I headed out the door to my car and
hopped in. I cranked the music and started driving.
