♥Kiss from an Angel♥
Chapter 4
I was there
again. He was there again. We were there
again.
Among the clouds and the sun. Up so high you could touch the
stars. We didn't dare to look down because we knew what was
going to be waiting for us if we jumped. A world
without him.
I dread the thought of it. But we walked in a
garden with the most beautiful of flowers I've ever seen.
Surrounded by the colors of a sunset. "For you my
Lady" He says as he hands me a red rose.
"Why thank you sir" I reply taking it.
He reaches for my hand and I let him take it. We walked in
silence for a little while until I ask the most important
question of all.
"Do you miss it?" I ask.
He seems startled by the question.
"What do you mean?" He asks.
"I mean do you mis life.. with me?" I explain.
He smiles, a cruel smile really, while nodding.
"Why haven't you came back yet then?" I
ask. He stops and stares at the ground.
He looked at the ground.
"Because I haven't found a way yet" He
finally replied.
"Connor I am dying down there without you!" I yell.
"I can't live without you! People always say 'Oh
I'm so sorry for your loss' and I can't take it.
I haven't been to school. But that's probably
because of my concussion please come back, Connor I can't
take it! I cry myself to sleep every night knowing you're
not there to comfort me. Please hurry and come back to
me!" I yell my loudest and i start to punch his
chest.
Furious tears streak my face. Then he reaches around me and
encloses me in a hug so tight. The kind of hugs I miss.
"I love you Mariya." He says. "You know I do,
but it's just hard to find someone to come back as it
isn't easy."
I nod against his chest. "I love you
too" I reply.
with that I looked up into his gray eyes and smiled. My smile
was returned.
he lent in a gave me a sweet
tender kiss. The kind of kisses I miss. after we pulled away,
I knew I had to go.
So without another word I walked back down
the stairs to meet the earth and awoke from my
sleep.
