There was a girl and boy. We'll call them Callie and Todd. They
were deeply in love, but one day, Callie broke up with him,
telling him that she couldn't date him anymore. This didn't make
sense to Todd, so every night he would stay outside er hedroom
window, waiting. In the rain, in the storm, whatever the weather,
he would wait outside. Callie came outside at midnight on night.
She was tired of his penetrating stare.
'Leave me alone', she had said.
'Not until you tell me why you broke up with me'.
'We weren't working out', Callie lied.
'That is a lie. We were so happy together, why did you take it
away?'
Callie was crying by now.
'Because I'm dying and didn't want to rip all tue happiness in
one when I went. I didb't want to leave you when you still
thought I loved you'.
Todd was sobbing.
'But Callie, can't you see? I would die for you, I love you so
much that knowing you left me by choice almost killed me. Please
let us spend the rest of our time together. Please. What we have
is stronger than death - it will bever rip us apart. Mark my
words, death is a charade, however love is the only exception in
tue rules of the death game. Love is what will keep us together
forever and always'.
