P.O.V ♥
"Thanks so-o-o much, Gabby. I seriously
love you." I said before biting into my subway sandwich
like a pig, not making it seem like I was real thankful.
Gabby laughed, "Honestly, it's not a issue. I mean,
the least I can do is feed you lunch."
I sit up, and put my sandwich down, my light brown hair falling
into my eyes, "Don't worry, my mum is just in a bit of
debt." I mumble, "We'll be fine."
Obviously, it was a lie. Me and my mum lived in a tiny
apartment in a rough part of town, and we've been in debt
for a while. But ever since my dad went missing in a fire at
Hong's Sushi Bar, my mom has been unable to pay rent. Gabby
was a good friend, but I couldn't ask her to help me out of
this one.
Gabby rolled her eyes, "Why do you have to be sooo humble
all the time?"
I chewed on the sub a bit, not able to know how to asnwer,
"It's just like-" I fumble with my words, then
choose to stop talking.
"Good idea." Gabby snapped.
Then before my very 18 year old eyes, came him. Not a boy,
the boy. He swings open the door, his
hair dripping from the rain. His lush, beauitful blond
hair...
"Gabby!" I whisper, "Am I crazy or is that
Jordan Monroe?"
The boy looked over, he must of heard his name. He just simply
waved, showing his beauitful smile, just like in the
magzines.
Gabby looked at him, and her eyes got real wide. She looked at
me, and we started squealing wildly.
That folks, is when the never ending hunt
began.
