For those of us that suffer depression, it can often be challenging to find reasons to stay alive, to keep going.
A strategy that I have found helpful is creating lists of reasons to stay alive.
In an attempt to help others out there, I've decided to create an encyclopedia of reasons to stay alive.
If you would like to help, email me your reason(s) to stay alive at: ReasonsToStayAlive@outlook.com. 
I will handwrite each reason until it forms a book, I will then scan it and post each page.
Whether this saves one life, or 100 lives, it will make an impact on the world.
Please share this with your friends and family and spread the word.
Together we can make a change.

I think this is an amazing idea although I think comments would work just as well as an email and then people could see comments from others therefore helping them right at the moment instead of after you finish the book :)
