Relax, and
be happy.
Eat a full meal. Not touch a
blade, scissors, knife, razor, or anything else that can be used
to harm yourself. Stop the negative
thoughts. Do one random
act of kindness. Try not to get too
mad or annoyed. Breathe.
Watch Christmas movies.
Listen to carols. Open
presents. Give presents. Scream. Smile. Laugh.
Be happy.
