I feel like England is so different than America. People would be mad if we were taught all religions.

I guess its just because we're an older country and stuff (no offence meant to any 'younger' countries)We've kinda got over religion, and England is a small country with loads of different religions, so you excperience religious diversity (Big words O_O) more.

That's great for Australia. I'm glad ya'll are doing well in the not getting shot business. I mean, you don't have to care about America BUT you should have some sympathy for people that get shot.

I do have sympathy. About 30 or more years ago Hobart in Australia had a shooting. 37 people died. A quiet man who suffered in silence went mad, got a gun and hunted down people at one of the main tourist attractions and shot down the people. Alot of children were there. This was enough for Australia's governments to change there minds on how guns should be distributed. Guns have to be put through many tests and the reason to have the gun has to be good. There hasn't been a shooting since.

I'm from Australia, and this is exactly the point why guns should be banned. I mean, murders could still come at you with a knife, but that is a heck of a lot easier to stop before 27 people are killed compared to a gun. Also, "the right to bear arms" is an issue, but I think guns should be classified as a potentially murderous weapon. In Aus you need a licence to have one, and it's only for farming reasons etc. In my opinion Americans have abused the right to have guns in their possession at free will.

Someone is an angry elf. Calm the hell down, I spelt one word wrong. The world isn't going to end. I know atheists aren't the same as revolutionists, it was just easier to put atheists in parenthesis because this quote was about my belief in the evolution of man. I clearly DO know what I'm talking about. One spelling mistake & my faulty way of not explaining the difference between atheists and revolutionists doesn't make me clueless.

The people who live in CT aren't the only ones that have a sensitive spot. It's heartbreakin for all of us /: I live in PA. My friend and I were crying Friday afternoon when we heard about it. This quote wasn't created to upset you or others, I'm sorry. I wanted to point out that you can't easily get rid if guns of bring religion into school. Most people don't understand that & are posting rude things. I guess I'm being rude back, but once again, I'm sorry.

Another thing, you're starting to sound really dramatic and stupid right about now, so you should probably log off now. Stop posting your opinions in quotes and this type of thing wouldn't happen. Yeah, learning about religion is good for those that want to learn about it. Once again, my opinion is biased because I'm a revolutionist- I don't want to talk about religion at school. I don't want to talk about something I don't believe in or have it forced / drilled in. Religion isn't the only thing that teaches you the right from wrong. You can have morals without being religious. That is your opinion, but I bet many people agree with you JUST like some agree with me.

I'm not REALLLLY an atheist. A revolutionist is someone that believes there is a greater power BUT also believes that humans didn't come from god, but from the evolution of a monkey. I'm a bit of a nerd, so I have all these science facts to back things up.
