HEY GUYS. I NEED TO VENT!!
so there's this boyyy. but he's mine! so there's no problem there! however! last night, we were talking and i got a text from him. the second i read it, i got the biggest smile on my face. the text said "I'm so madly in love with you.." CUTE RIGHT!? i know:) i love him, i do. so much. but i don't think i'd go as far as saying i'm in love with him.. "i love you" and "i'm in love with you" mean two completely different things to me. and i'm not sure what one it is anymore.
that's not the only problem! ever since i could remember, all i've wanted is a relationship my parents would approve of and would let me hang out with him on a regular basis. wellllllllllllll they don't. my parents don't even know yet because when i even mentioned his name in a conversation, they said they didn't want us to be together. my brother is one of my closest friends, and he even had his girlfriend text me to let my know he doesn't want us together. he makes me so happy. and i don't want to lose him. but i want a relationship i can be myself in, and not have to sneak around behind my parents. i'm just so confused.

you need to tell your parents, theyll be mad at first, but when they see youre happy with him then it will change their mind, i used to be in the same exact situation except for my dad caught me with him before my parents knew i was in a relationship.. after i formally introduced him my parents and whole family fell in love with him
