I say, none of them is good. You're just Substituting a bad cause for an even worse one. You start with an issue, and you deal with it by talking to somebody, punching your pillow, listening to music, or another harmless idea you've got in stock. Rather than, have a problem, cut, have an even worse problem, while that problem you had started, it wont ever finish. Cutting does nothing for you.
