i have bad acne. but my problem is that i pick at it a lot. so idk if you do that, but if you do, you should stop. it helps when you stop. also, i wash my face with the body shop face cleanser (scent tea tree oil)

I actually went to a dermatologist (skin doctor) and they put me on a pill twice a day, morning and night, a nightly face wash, and a medicated cream to put on at night, it really worked :)

ok i had reaalllyyy bad acne so i started to use "Garnier Exfo-Brusher wash" ever morning and night, after i had used that i would put the frederm cream on the really bad red and swollen spots and its been 2 weeks now and i've only got 2 or three tiny spots :) i feel alot more confident. hope i helped :)
