It's fine, I just lost a  little weight. I don't need anybody's
       help. I'm fine, really! Don't     worry about me. You saw
       those cuts on my wrists?   I fell down the stairs. I'm fine
       so please don't      worry about it! It's not like I'm doing
       all that stuff on purpose. I could end up dying if I     did,
       right? You heard me                throwing up inside of the
       bathroom?      I had some bad shrimp; it's nothing. I'm
       okay. I can sleep it off and then I'll be fine. I don't   want
       you to worry about me! Save your breath!      I bet you
              have a lot more to care about than little old me.
