Instead of doing them all at once, you should make a plan for yourself. So for example, do 20 sit-ups, 20 crunches, and take a 15 minute jog or something.

Asking for faves in any way is against the rules.
It's great you want to excercise and stuff but there are other ways for motivation.

I understand that you want motivation, you want to do well. But sitting down, waiting for people to fav/comment on this quote won't do anything. You shouldn't need fav/comments for you to do a certain amount of sit ups, you should set a goal by yourself, and let the people arouuund you be your motivation. You yourself will know when you have reached your limit for the day, so don't push yourself either. Anyway goodluck.
