Andrielle Aranas is an average 15 year old Filipino girl. She's not popular, but not a nerd, either. She's not pretty, yet not ugly. She's just a plain girl who has problems like everybody else. She's made plans but with her friends, and later finds out her mom is sending her to California to visit her cousins! it may seem awesome, but not to Andrielle. To top it all off, her best guy friend, Tim Emerson, who also happens to be her crush, is going away for the summer! She only has a week to pack and a few days left with him. The time has come for her to leave, and she arrives in LA. Her cousin, Skai Lee, picks her up at the airport. She loved Skai right away. She was perfect to Andrielle. Skai was really pretty, had great hair, loved her style, her height- 5'5", and she was Andrielle's dream size--a size 2. Andrielle is a size 0 and hates it. She's a food lover, but cant seem to gain any weight. She dreams of becoming like Skai. With a little help from her cousin, can Andrielle finally consider herself pretty?
