The Last Dance
Chapter Twelve...

It was pouring rain outside, and I didn't want to walk home. I wanted to go somewhere warm and just talk to Jon all day. We walked into the Public Library and sat down on the couch. I curled up close to Jon and sighed. "What's wrong?" He whispered. I layed my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes. "I don't know..." I lied. I knew that this relationship wouldn't last forever, and after it was over, we wouldn't be friends. "No...Something's wrong." Jon protested. I sat up and faced Jon. "We'll be seniors next year. Then we'll be off to College, get a job, meet a nice person, start a family. If we break-up, our friendship will be over. I don't want that. I don't!" A tear escaped my eye as I silently cried on Jons shoulder. "Listen to me..." He said, holding my chin and looking me in my teary eyes. "I will never let you go. Never. You're my best friend, my world, my life, Mine. Don't you forget." He planted another kiss on my lips as he carried me out of the library.

I think I'm going to end the story soon :( Sorry guys.
