FACT: chewing on ice cubes leaves little tinny cracks in your tooth FOREVER. Plaque gets in the cracks and when your older, it will rot your teeth. My mom told me that happened to her. JUST SAYING

Drinking a lot of water/chewing on a lot of ice cubes still gives you water weight. Have you ever jumped up and down after drinking a huuuge glass of water ? it's still in there, it just doesn't stay there for long

I thinks she just means it will help you lose weight. Not literally "wash out fat" I mean really guys, think a little.

@5678julie, I think she is referring to "water weight," and it is proven that your weight fluctuates all through the day. @ Take the chance, It doesn't matter if it worked for you and helped make you less hungry, the fact of the matter is it is still bad for you and it 100% does NOT wash out fat, that's impossible. Fat is stored outside of your digestive tract, so eating water will not even come into contact with the fat, the only thing water will do is be absorbed and used to function in chemical reactions to make glucose.
