Just My Luck
   Chapter 3


It was the day of the party Kyle invited me to, I was getting ready and putting my makeup on. I was wearing a pair of destroyed shorts and a flowy pink neon tank since it was warm out. I asked Kyle the other day what time he would be picking me up and he said at 7, which was in 5 minutes. I was double checking my look when I heard a knock on the door. I grabbed my purse and opened it, Kyle was there and damn did he look good, the smell of his cologne was so addicting. I pushed the thought away when he said "You look nice, ready to go?". I nodded and walked out the door and into his really expensive looking car. When he got in the drivers seat I asked, "So, who's party is this again?". He turned and looked at me, "Kayla's" he said camly. I raised my eyebrow, "Well this is going to be interesting…". The rest of the car ride was silent but it wasn't awkward.
We finally pulled up to Kayla's house, and man was it huge. "Figures" I grunted. We got out of the car and started walking up the drive way and I could basically see the whole school inside and outside of her house with everyone holding red solo cups doing things they probably wont remember in the morning if their lucky.
We walked inside her house and I turned to Kyle and asked, "So..what do you want to do?" he gave me an "you've got to be kidding me" look. "Fine Mr. Party Man, if you invited me here for nothing.." he took my hand leading me into the mob of sweaty dancers "Show me how you dance" he said in a flirty voice. I laughed, "Bring it on". Dancing was my favorite part of a party, you can just let loose and I loved it. We started dancing to some upbeat club music and it was the most fun I've had since I got here. His hands were on me most of the time whether they were on my waist or my legs, giving me butterflies. For a guy, he could dance really good. We grinded each other a couple times and laughing and having fun, when all of a sudden we heard something no kids at a teenage party with alcohol ever wants to hear.
Police sirens.

Hey guys! I'm sooooo sorrry its been over a week since I last posted a chapter! I got in huge trouble with my parents and they took my computer away so I had no way of posting anything.
