We stood there in
silence for a few minutes while we both thought.
What was he honestly going to tell me?
Was it just gunna be some lame joke like usual?
Or something serious?
My mind was blowing up with thoughts about Kyle.
Why couldnt he just tell me already?
"Kyle?" I said looking at him with my ugly brown eyes
that probably scared him.
"Oh.. um s-sorry.." He said nervously.
I definetely had just interupted some deep thinking he was
doing.
"Its okay, so what were you going to say?..." I said
motioning him to come a little closer.
He obeyed and walked over to me.
We sat down and stared out onto the lake.
It was a beautiful place to be, so peaceful.
I wish i could live there.
We sat there in silence again for a few minutes.
I didn't mind it though, it was beautiful out here.
After a few more minutes i started to get a little impatient.
I had started to shiver too because it was getting cold
outside.
"Are you cold?" He said pulling himself out of his
silent trance.
"No no, im fine, Trust me." I said fake smiling at
him.
He still was stubborn Kyle and took of his hoodie anyway and
wrapped it around me.
My face im sure turned a bright red and i turned away.
"Better?" He said after another minute or so.
"Yeah.." I said smiling at him.
"Good." he said to me.
We sat there for a few more minutes that seemed like hours and he
finally spoke up.
"You know that thing i told you i wanted to talk to you
about?..." He said looking at me.
"Yeah, what was it?" I said to him hopefully.
"Well i..." He started to say but got quiet again and
looked down at his feet.
"Kyle, please tell me?" I said to him.
"I think... I love you." He whispered to me.
