Yep, that’s me.

I’m the girl who seems to not care.
I’m that girl you always see laughing.
I’m that girl who helps every one with their problems, and tries to make everyone feel better.
I’m that girl, who everybody knows her name, but nobody really knows.
I’m that girl that you see walking down the hallways looking straight ahead with her head down low.
I have acne
My hair freezes up.
I don’t have the straightest teeth.
I’m not the most beautiful girl on the planet.
I have a million insecurities.
I’m not the kind of person that most guys like.
I’m not perfect.
But you know what?
From now on I’m going to change. This is a promise to myself, and I encourage others to do it too.
I’m not going to care.
I’m going to keep on laughing.
I’m going to open up and stop telling people that “I’m fine” when I’m not, even if I do get hurt now and then
I’m want to be remembered.
I’m going to stand up tall and show the world that they can’t get to me.
I’m not going to care about my acne
Or hair
Or my teeth
I’m not the kind of person that a lot of people like, but I’m me
And even though I’m not perfect, I want to be perfectly fine with that.
