[applying liquid liner]

To begin with, prime your eyelids with a primer (this step is optional, but always recommended). Apply your eyeshadow if you will be wearing any, but hold off on the mascara. Take your liquid liner brush, and draw small dashes or dots as close to your upper lashes as possible. Then go over your lashes in one continuous line. Do your best not to blink while you wait for it to dry! It should only take several seconds.
