please don't, there are other ways to cope, and in the end it does get better, but eventually you will see those permanent scars and be ashamed that anyone ever made you feel bad enough to do it, and you;ll be ashamed that you let yourself. so please, just stop. talk to me if you want to let anything out. 0reply
