I just watched The
Grudge (1, 2, and 3) and now I'm afraid to
go anywhere basically. I need
to still do all that routine night stuff like shower, etc. but
I'm too afraid.

I was like that a few years ago after I saw the first one. (I still don't understand the ending) First, you have to realize it's all fake. Until that processes in your head, imagine the little boy or whatever scared you doing really stupid things;for example, falling down the stairs, singing Happy Birthday or Party Rock Anthem while dancing, and slipping in the shower. Mind over matter. :) Hope this helps you.

It's all fake Girly! I just pretend I'm on set and watching them mess up and laugh at how stupid they look!
