Dear Diary, March 16, 1945

 I suddenly wake up to a large crashing sound and sirens bursting threw my ears. I try standing up but I keep getting knocked over by all the luggage because the plane is flailing around like a kite on a windy day! I have a feeling this could be the last time I ever write in you, my dear diary. I can tell the plane is now falling out of the sky. . .My thought are screaming, running through my head a thousand miles per hour as we get closer and closer to the ground. Will I ever see my parents again? Are they alive? How will Joe know if I died? Will I survive? I guess we will just have to wait and see my dear diary. . .
