My life on paper is really sad...
on a sunday during the summer, i woke up and my dad was dropping the f-bomb all over the place while yelling at my mom. then me and my brothers woke up an hour later to get ready for church. My parents didn't plan on going to class which is before service so my older brother called my grandma who lives a mile away, if she could take us. When my dad found out, he went upstairs, barged in on my brothers room while my little brother was changing and started getting physical with my older brother who was 16 currently. This has happened before, but not necessarily as bad... so he knows how to handle himself and faught back to defend himself. at one point my dad put his hands around my brother's throat. and my brother punched him back. I recongnised the sound of the furnature moving in my brother's room because we shared a wall so i went in there and told my dad to stop. my mom came upstairs and my dad left the room. she called the cops and my dad left the house. but before any of tha happened my brother told me to go to chuch with my grandma. I was holding back tears all throughout church and my grandma kept asking questions as to why my brother hadn't come. by the end of service, my mom had come with my brothers. we couldn't stop crying and it was really a bad situation. we ended up sleeping at our cousins for 2 weeks because we didn't feel right sleeping at home. the first night, my mom slept at home to make sure my dad wouldn't come back and break everything. When the cops came, my dad talked them down and lied to them to make sure that he wouldn't get in trouble. after they left the chief of police told them to come back because they listened to the 911 tape and it didn't sound right. My older sister was at college and didn't really have contact with us and only our dad because he was the only one to send her money so when she heard what happened she was really ticked at us for letting it get so bad but thats complete crap because he got physical with her once or twice. they called him and made him come to the station and post bail so he did. as long as this story is, its now november and he's still not allowed to be home. about 2 months after it happened, my brother and dad made up but still things are inconvenient because we only see him once or twice during the week. his court date was wednesday, and they said no. his next court day is in february and he's lost it. when he first called my mom on wednesday after he went to court, he kept saying the fword and says that his counselors effed him and he was going to rip the head off his marriage counselors head. he hasen't quite cooled off yet and it's been 2 days, and he's lying to the counselors about what we say about the ways my mom does it here at home without him. but he's only making it worse for himself. he gets my mom mad then she comes home and gets mad at me for no reason. she just gets really strict and i think my parents are bipolar or somehting but its not fair. she favors my brothers clearly and then is a jerk to me. my friends from church say me my brother and sister are really strong people and can handle it, i agree, but its hard not to freak out. then my brother keeps saying how im such a little baby girl but im dealing with alot. I love my family but right now crap is bad and i miss my sister. she's coming home tomorrow and i cant tell you how much i can't wait for it. my parents have serious problems and i don't want to be like them when i grow up. All i can say is I pray constantly about it and God has blessed me in ways i can't imagine. If you have a situation like me then don't give up. I know how you feel and you should just stay strong and don't forget what's important in life and don't lose sight in what God gives you.
Just remember that God is with you and he does everything he does for a reason and this is what makes you who you are. It's your decision to make the best of your life and you're the only person to decide how you deal with it.
