Chapter 3

I felt the bed shake a little as the figure twisted its body to my direction,
though its weight remind at my waist,as my body sunk towards it…

I kept my eyes closed & even breaths as his hand stiffened on my shoulder.

It pushed me down & I rolled with the force of His hand
so my back was on the bed & I faced the roof

Nara open your eyes,
I heard a voice sigh as my shouder was released from his grip
i kept them closed & remained still
feeling his eyes drawn to me

God Damn it Nara,
why do you have to make everything so hard …
he sighed as the bed suddenly rose
and I heard a thump from the floor from where hed slid too…

I subconsciously opened my eyes to spy the shadow
holding his head in his hands to left of the bed…

He looked so lost…
I took a deep breath
, taking in the smell of stale beer , eroding from his clothing
& sat up against the wall..
Twisting my arm sideways to rest behind the metal railing comfortably.

It wasn’t like he deserved it ,
but I slowly pushed my hand forward
& rested it on his head
,  intertwining my fingers through his long hair.
I watched as he lifted his head from his hands,
and took my hand in his left and dragged it down to his shoulder.
I rubbed the tip of my thumb deeply into the back of his muscles,
tracing along the cotton of his t shirt.

The darkness seemed to consume us both
as the moon did its best to shine through into the blackened room.
Time passed and I slowly began to pull back,
I dragged my hand back and wrested it in my lap as he began to rub his temples,
still sitting within himself…

Nara?
He finally spoke breaking the silence In the room,
his voice seemed to echo off the wall

I sighed ,
pushing myself back as far possible against the wall
, Yes?
I almost whispered staring at the shadows in my lap..

Would  you, erhh do you …
he slurred out his words like an alcholic & went back to rubbing his temples,
letting  one of his hands drift through his hair.
He sighed with defeat and let his head lull backwards against the matress…
