Add half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and dissolve it. Gargle for a few seconds with every mouthful till the water in the glass is finished. &Humidifiers work, but if you don't have one then just boil some water and put it in a bowl and breath in and out of it for a long while. :) Get well soon xo

First off, I am soo sorry! I woke feeling like crap this morning too -_- Second, try hot tea. I know it sounds retarded but I believe it is supposed to soothe the throat (hot tea with mint works better).

hot tea with mint and honey.. or honey on a spoon.. honey sooths your throat
