My teacher told us that
we should be getting 10 hours of sleep each night.
So basically you're telling me my day should be
like:
1. Go to school.
2. Come home.
3. Do homework.
4. Sleep.
5. Wake up to go to school again...

Yeah 10 hours a night during the school week just doesn't happen. More like 5 hours with maybe an hour's worth of sleeping in class all day.

Actually, I just wrote an article in Health about sleep. You're not supposed to constantlyget 9 or more hours of sleep. So it's ok, your teacher was wrong AND you can have a life!!
