Long but worth reading:
Today I would've gone to school & done that moment of silence thing to honor all of those who were affected by 9/11 but today school was cancelled & here's why; Yesterday at exactly 3:38 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. ALL of Southern California, Part of Mexico & Arizona had A BLACKOUT. Yes it was scary. NO ONE had electricity & everyone was driving searching for ice, battery's, flashlights, etc. because no one new how long this was gonna go on for! There was NO warning's no signs, NOTHING. We were all scared & hoping for the best. Some people's electricity came back at 7:00 some at 12:00 but ours was the latest! OVER 6,000 have been affected by this blackout.
