I don't care what other people think. Suicide is cowardly. Actually, suicide and bullying are both cowardly. They're not opposites, so you can't possibly compare and contrast them. Not fairly..at least.

i agree with assassinsuno. and i agree that suicide is the permanent fix for a temporary problem. i think that people who take their lives are cowards. it's the easy way out.

mental imbalence is about as acceptable as herpes. It's never going to be accepted. But really, it's a disease just like cancer. It just happens and eats away all the good parts of your brain, like judgement and happiness and perception and memory and life. And you can die from depression just like any other disease. And it's not as if people chose it. So why is it still a joke of medicine. "She died of cancer" is a lot more socailly acceptable to people than "She committed suicide".

my boyfriend's suicidal.. he has depression. he has meds for it but sometimes he doesn't take them. it scares me everyday knowing he might try something.. luckily he's getting help in psychiatric hospitals around our state.

To people who say its cowardly, you. Unless you have been suicidal you have no right to say wether its cowardlt or not. A lot of suicidal people have depression too... I am on and off sucidal because of bipolar, am I cowardly for thinking of it? No, I can't help it. Bipolar runs in my family too. Maybe you should think before you post crap with out knowing anything about it.

Okay, I seriously hate people who say suicide is cowardly. Until you have been put in the position were you have seriously contemplated suicide, you have no right to judge someone who has. Committing suicide doesn't make you weak, either. Sometimes it just means that you have been too strong, for too long. People who are suicidal don't control their thoughts of it, I mean, do you think someone just wakes up one morning and says "Hey, I think I'll be suicidal today!" No, they don't. People who are suicidal usually have some other mental illness, like Depression. Which they can not control, and do not choose to have. You're saying suicide is selfish?
Well, isn't selfish to make people who suffer, suffer longer, so YOU don't suffer? THAT, is selfish. It's not like I'm sitting here promoting suicide, because I'm not. I have been there, I am there. Do you think I want to feel this way? Don't you think I want to be happy?

I've attempted suicide a bunch, and you know what? No one has ever tried to stop me. I would cut in front of my sister and she could give a . So before you say suicide is cowardly, try to spend a day in a suicidal person's shoes. It's a living hell.
