I'm the most paranoid person you will ever meet and I bolt up the stars, always put my leg in the room first (for example, if there was a murderer in my house, he would hit my leg instead of my heart) and wait ten seconds before I enter a room, for the same reason as the one before.
I don't think my paranoia is natural... or normal...
