Actually, smoking a bong IS legal. Guys, learn your facts before you're cutting on her. Like, seriously. It is legal, and she could try it if she WANTS to. She's not even on Disney anymore, so calm down..

gina...no offensive but....that wassn't the smartest comment. its not legal. and then she's supposed to be a "role model" for kids across this country. she's basically saying "hey! you kid there! i smoke weed, you can too!!" and just trying, you dont know. she could have been doing this for awhile. its kinda a big deal to disney and the media. its not immaturity, its knowing how irresponsible and stupid she was. and yea, i actually watch hannah montana.

If she was never Hannah Montana , I wouldn`t care .
But the fact is , she was and still is a role model for little girls .
Just because she is off of Disney Channel doesn`t mean she isn`t
A role model anymore .
She can do anything she wants , but we will comment on it .
She brought it on to herself . And I have no pity for her .
