I have skin problems on my back. Today i was buying a dress in a shop and the girls behind me started giggling.

completely true.
I walked away and the look on their faces was priceless. It felt
good to shut them up but i can't believe people do this.
It's sad that people make fun of stuff that others can't
control.
Do you think they choose to have skin problems or frizzy
hair or bad teeth?

aww don't worry hun. they're just trying to be funny by picking on people, but really, nobody likes them. I bet they have/had/will have it soon. Everybody does. I'm proud of you :)
