Teacher:
did GOD created
everything?
Students:
YES!
Teacher:
If so, then GOD also created
evil.Therefore, GOD is
evil..
(one student stood
up)
Student:
Sir, does cold
exist?
Teacher:
Yes it
does..
Student:
Actually sir, it doesn't. Based
on the laws of physics, cold is simply the absence of heat. And
so, does dark exist sir?
Teacher:
Of course it
does!!
Student:
Dark doesn't exist. Dark is
only the absence of light. Just like evil, it's only the
absence of GOD in man's
heart.
Teacher:
Speechless....

Sounds like a stupid teacher..
1. because of him not thinking God created everything
and
2. "did God created everything?"
terrible grammar (:

How does one define, "existence?" Can you prove I exist? The WORD, "cold," exists, doesn't it? Saying it doesn't exist would eliminate the word entirely. Therefore, cold and dark must exist. Right?
Besides, here's a wonderful quote by Epicurus:
“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?”
Even if he didn't create evil, his alleged omnipotence should be able to stop it. But evil still exists, even among those who follow the Christian God.

This is in a way off topic, but, there was this documentary saying that God(Any/every God) may be an alien. ^-^ I was fascinated by that.

That one student was actually Albert Einstein and said that to one of his teachers in college.

no. based on the law of physics, dark and heat doesn't exist.. it is just the absence of light and cold.

I`m probably taking this way out of proportion , but couldn't it be the other way around ?
Like ; Light it the absence of darkness .
And heat is the absence of cold ?
Idk . I just like to think hard about things . :P

This was Einstein. (: The teacher then told him that if you couldn't see God, couldn't feel God, how did you know there was a God? And he replied with, "Class, can you see our professor's brain? Can you feel our professor's brain? No? So our teacher HAS no brain." (: Brilliant.
