I love how some people are so ignorant about cheer leading. It's a sport. They practice, and do competitions. I actually benched around 95-100 in middle school when I was a cheerleader, Most guys couldn't do that Hun. Cheer leading is actually a mix of two sports, Dancing and Gymnastics. And don't post a quote hating on something, and not expect people to defend their side. Clearly some one is going to be offended from this, I am and I'm no longer a cheerleader, and still got offended. So stop hating. No Offense.

btw I have great grades and i'm not a , I have had about 5 boyfriends in m whole life. I have never had a real first kiss or anythign like that. Stop focasing on stereotypes. Why dont you try throwing people up in the air or going up in the air? What happeneds if you get dropped or you drop someone? How about getting everything at the exact right time? How about the other cheerleading team yelling at you and calling you gaay. Try holding a smile the whole game. Try trying your best to stay at a healthy weight so maybe YOU could get lifted. Try dealing with people like you and writeing essays on cheerleading on every single quote like this. So shut up people. Lets see you try it. :)

Shut up people. Cheerleading is a sport and I have been doing it for 6 years we have strenghth training and everything I an a dancer and a gymnast too and for me cheerleading is just as hard. Cheerleading IS and ALWAYS will be a sport. You girls are prolly just jealous because you can do half the things REAL cheerleaders can do. Lifting is NOT as easy as it looks. I'm sick of seeing quotes like this on witty.

locketinmypocket i love you!!!!!! oh and my friend is a cheerleader too and she has practice for only 2.5 hours when she goes. i told her my practices were four and a half hours but sometimes ten and she was like holy God i would kill myself!!! and my friend who does horseback riding tried spinning my sabre and was like fuckk this is a dangerous sport!!!

I agree with the not a sport thing, Mollisuti I spent my summer from 8-11 1-4 and 6:30-9 at soccer everyday. Chryssx3 I get huge bruises on my legs, arms, and every other part of my body. One of my friends is a cheerleader for our school and says that their practices are nothing and she could never get through a soccer, basketball, XC or field hockey practice.

Thanks lockitinyourpocket_x u should try marching band. You have to have all your music in 2/4, read the note, have the right fingering, and be marching all at the same time. its hard

teehee . I'm with the poster on this one . I did cheerleading . it's easy as mayne . and it is NOT sportt .

try colorguard and marching band . cheerleaders are just rejected colorguard members . ! XDD

if you saw the gymnasts and color guard members and dancers do ... you wouldn't be complaining about cheerleading .
