It was on his birthday,
June 25, 2010.
He was 16 years old today, and he went out with his friends for his birthday.
It was around 7:00 , he had gone to the local town's football game.
It was his favorite place to spend a Friday night, even better he went with his friends on his birthday
I had stopped by at half time just to see how the game was, and to say Hey and tell the announcers to announce that it was his birthday today.
A few minutes later they announced that it was his birthday so they called him to the field to have the entire crowd sing to him
Oh how excited he was, you should have seen the look on his face with that big smile.
Until he heard someone scream to him "YOU SUCK" and a gunshot went off...
It hit him in the chest
Immideatly i ran over to him pushing everyone over out of my way.
He was bleeding from the chest and he didn't have a pulse.
I started crying and crying as hard as i could screaming "call 911" help
the ambulence came as quickly as possible and took him away.
Later that night i was still crying, and i went to the hospital with him.
as i saw him lying on the hospital bed, all the nurses and doctors crowded around him, i asked if he was going to be okay, they said they didnt think he was going to servive.
I broke down into tears and fell to the floor asking why me..
they told me i should go wait in the waiting room
13 minutes and 6 seconds exactly after, the told me that he had passed away.
He was my brother. and my best friend.
To this day, i still cry every night. And i pray to him.
He was my best friend and now he's gone.
please, always remeber to tell your brother and sister how much you love them, because you don't know what its like until theyre gone.

Im sorry. i know saying sorry will never fix it and even all these comments will never make the pain a bit better. My brother is in the army. . . in so many ways i feel like i lost him. We never talk. when hes here he mostly Parties and Drinks and stays with his friends (hes 20) and i have no idea whats going on in his life. I know i at least get to see his face but i dnt know hes safe. and at least yu can know tht he is somewhere better. No pain. No war. No hate. R.I.P
