part 27
When we woke up, we just smiled at each
other. Dad was getting Mom, and we were
all alone. We were going to have some fun. Wink,
wink.
We got dressed, and I put on jeans, and a black and white checkered
T-shirt from Hot Topic. I put my hair up in a quick side pony
tail, and only put on a little eyeliner, and mascara. Who cares?
Jake, on the other hand, took five minutes getting dressed.
And he looked absolutely amazing. Not fair.
We went to the local mall, and just hung out. I knew right
then, when he kissed me in front of the whole mall, that he
was going to be the one. I got looks of envy the whole day. Who
knew that just by being with a hot guy, you could turn into
someone's role model?
It got awkward when we were in the back of the truck. People were
staring as we were kissing. It got intense, but I didn't want
to stop. I got tougher and he followed. When the people
went away, we got in the front and drove back to the
house. Madre and padre would be home tomorrow. Ahh, home.
"Cat. I love you."
I could tell he meant it, because his eyes sparkled. I hated
saying "I love you", but I did love him. More then
anything. More then everything.
"I love you, too."
My failed attempt at being flirty was to poke his amazing abs. He
laughed. I was going to marry him.
"Are you going to marry me?", I asked.
"Of course."
"Everyone will be jealous of me."
"Nah, everyone will be jealous of me. Because they don't
have a beautiful girl."
I blushed. He was wrong though. I
wasn't beautiful. At least I don't think
so.
