One Day

I was pushing my cousin on the swings and he tells me "I wanna be up there." his tiny pointer finger up at the sky. "Where?" I ask. "Up in heaven." he replies. With a tear in my eye I ask him why. "To be with my grandfather." Then I remember his grandfather passed away 2 years ago when he was 1, and I couldn't believe he remembered that. "Well, I don't want you to go." I say. "I think I'll go later, I'm not ready yet." he said. "Good I'll miss you too much." I say. "I know he can see me, but I can never see him. Maybe when I'm ready to go you can come with me?" he asks. By this point I'm crying hard. He looks up at me, and I say
