The scars you see tell a story,
a story about me and my life...
Some for the pain my
parents put me through
the pain of not knowing if I'll wake up in my bed
Many are from the pain He gave
me
pains that he made me feel over and over
A few are for the painful nights
I felt worthless
when I felt no one was on my side about anything
A couple are from the pain of not
being who I'm expected to be
being the outsider in the crowds and never fitting in
All these scars share one story, my story
