(A Love Story)
Chapter 2part2
Josh looked up from his computer and his face was shocked.
"Ally?" Josh said slidding his laptop of his lap and walking over to me. I walked towards him and hugged him tightly not wanting to let go. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him.
"What are you doing here?" He finally asked.
"Your sister called me," I told him followed by the rest of the story.
"What a kid." He said laughing. "I can't believe your here." He continued.
"Me neither." I said.
I suddenly went all shy and smiled looking at the ground,
He grabbed my hand and pulled me over to his bed. I climbed up onto it and sat with my back against the head board and my knees to my chest. I placed my arms ontop of my knees and rested my head on my arms.
"Josh?" I mumbled quietly.
"Yes Ally?" He said logging onto his computer again.
"I love you." I told him.
He smiled and looked at me.
"I love you to baby girl."
I unballed myself from my sitting position and climbed onto his lap facing him.
"Hi." I said smiling.
"Hi back." He replied.
"I forgot to tell you something." I told him.
"Oh yeah whats that?" Josh answered poking my tummy.
"Dinners ready in 10 minutes."
"Yes ma'am." He answered making me laugh.
I stared at him and he stared back at me both of us smiling. I leaned into towards him and he leaned towards me. My lips were suddenly colliding with his softly. I wrapped my arms around his neck and his were wrapped around my waist pulling me towards him.
"I'm glad I am here." I told him smiling against his lips.
"Me to." He said planting another soft kiss on my lips.
I pulled back a little bit at the same time is sister walked into the room.
"Dinners ready!" She squealed.
I climbed off Josh and he grabbed my hand leading me upstairs to the kitchen table. His mom placed 2 scoops of spaghetti onto everyones plate andeveryone dug in.
Being the slow eater I was I finished last out of everyone. I placed my plate into the hot soapy sink and stood next to Josh. His mom walked in with his dad and Emma.
"We are heading out. Emma is sleeping over and your father and I wont be back till tomorrow sometime. The meeting is tonight and tomorrow morning. Ally feel free to stay the night if you like. You can sleep in Emmas bed." His mom told us.
"Thanks." I replied.
She smiled and then turned to Josh.
"You need to do the dishes." She told him walking out the door.
Josh headed for the sink and I followed. I slide on my feet and bumped into him, pushing him away a little.
"I'm washing." I told him, "Its my favourite."
He laughed and grabbed a dishtowel swirling it around and smacking my arm lightly.
"Hey! Your in trouble now!" I shouted at him.
He started laughing.
"Oh really what are you gonna do about it?" He said leaning against the sink.
"This!" I shouted cupping my hands together with water and soap and splashing it at him.
I got him right in his face and his hands flew up to his eyes.
"Ow soap in the eyes! I repeat soap in the eyes!" He said rubbing both of his.
I gasped and walked over to him with a dry towel.
"Im so sorry. Here use this." I handed him the towel and he threw it at me.
"Gotcha!" He shouted grabbed me around the waist and spinning me. He rubbed his face against my arm and face getting me a bit wet to.
After we finished horseplaying we cleaned up the water and walked back downstairs to his room. He turned on his computer and he had a skype message from his friend Tristan who was now video calling him.
Josh accepted and slid his shirt off in the process.
"dayum" I whispered looking and Josh who looked at me.
I laughed trying to hold it in and looked at the ground.
"Who was that?" Tristan asked and I looked at Josh with big eyes.
"Thats Ally. Wanna see her?" He asked.
"Ohnonono!" I said holding my hands up.
To late. Josh turned the computer to face me and I hid my face with my arms.
"Oh come on Ally. Show me your face!" Tristan said laughing.
Josh walked around behind me and pulled my arms down pinning them against my side.
I started laughing and pushed Josh away.
"Pretty girl. She yours?" Tristan asked.
"Yes she is." Josh said planting a kiss on my cheek. I smiled and looked at the ground yet again.
"So you gonna bring her with you tonight?" Tristan asked.
I looked at Josh who was putting on a clean shirt.
"Yup." He said smiling at me.
"Bring me where?" I asked with suspicion.
"A party." The both answered and I could only think one thing.
Oh boy. This should be fun.

I don’t know how long it’s been since Carter and I have been in the water, but it had gotten darker and windier. That bad feeling started creeping up on me again. “Umm, Carter, I think we should start getting ready to head back, or at least go somewhere to eat. It’s getting kind of dark.” I said, barely loud enough to hear myself; yet somehow he heard me. “Yeah, you’re right. Let’s go, we can get dinner on the way.” He said, taking my hand and leading us out of the ocean. “Hey Carter, what time is it?” I said drying off a bit before putting on my shorts and T-shirt. “Uhhhh, 5:30,” he said, checking his phone and tossing it back in the bag before throwing on his shirt. “Alright, well my curfew is 10 o’clock so why don’t we hit the ice cream shop and then we can go to the fair. I’ll call my mom and tell her the deal. She won’t mind.” I said, waving my hand in the air like I always do. “Alright, you sure they won’t mind? We could always chill at your house instead.” He said, almost like he didn’t want to be seen in public with me anymore. “No, they won’t mind I’m sure of it.” I said, I didn’t want to spend my night at home watching some stupid family movie with Carter while my parents are sitting right there. “Alright, good, I get to keep you all to myself for a while.” He said smiling, hugging me from behind. I never knew the most popular guy in school- I mean Carter- would be so open to just share his feelings. Out of all the girls in the world, he chose me. I really couldn’t believe this was happening. I just knew that once fall came, I’d be off to ISHA while he’s here, with all the same girls year after year. “Hey, you okay?” He asked, nudging me slightly in the side. “Huh? Oh, yeah, I’m fine, just got lost in thought I guess.” How stupid of me? God, I need to get off of Cloud Nine, especially around him. Focus, Quinn!

I am just so frustrated right now because I can't breath properly and I don't have asthma and aksdjflkahjdsklghajdhsgka. It sucks because all I want to do is just fill my lungs with oxygen and I can't.

why do girls compare relationships to movies?
honestly, you're never gonna have a relationship if you expect that much out of a guy. you're not a princess, he's not a prince. Why don't you work on a relationship, as much as you'd want him to.
