Amanda POV :
It was the last month of summer and i didn't want it to end . Me and Michael have been going to the same place every day at the same time . I still hung out with every one else though . Today i was with Isabella and it was getting close to 3 so i got ready to leave .
- Hey ! Where are you going ? She asked .
- I gotta chill with Mike . I do this every day .
- Oh where ?
- Um this place some where in the woods .
- Oh cool . She sounded mad but i left and walked to the pond . Michael was there already . He hugged me and we walked into the woods . It was a perfect day and we talked and just chilled there until 6 . We left and i slept over his house . I told my mom i was at Autumn's . We were about to lay down and go to sleep but i got up and changed clothes , in the bathroom . I changed into my zebra shorts because Mike liked them . When i came out it was dark and i couldnt see . I walked a little . I felt some one grab my waist and i push me to walk . I got picked up and put down on his bed . I could see now . He had no shirt on and he was leaning over me . He kissed me and layed down . I rolled on top of him and kissed him . He had his arms around me and i fell asleep . I woke up in the middle of the night because i heard cop cars . I woke up and Michael was making breakfast . I went to the bathroom first to brush my teeth and fix my hair and make up . I ran into the kitchen and hugged him . We ate and it was only 12 . 2 more hours until we could go to the woods . We watched tv and ran around the house because i punched Michael in the arm . Finally it was 2 . We raced each other to the pond . When we got there we went straight to the path that leads to the woods . We saw caution tape and a police man .
- Sorry kids you cant come through here . He said
- But i left my bag here yesterday i need to get it . I tried to look like i needed it .
- Where is it ?
- Well it's kind of hard to explain , but we can lead you there . He let us under the caution tape and we walked with him to where my bag was . I pointed and he looked at me .
- We can't let you in there .
- But thats where my bag is .
- Your bag isn't there anymore .
- What are you talking about !? I asked really confused .
- The whole place was burned last night some kids had a party . I began crying . Michael hugged me .
- Miss are you okay ? The cop asked .
- NO HOW DID THAT HAPPEN ! WHY .
- Miss calm down . I just stood there crying . Me and Michael walked back the the pond .
- Well this is defiantly not how i wanted to end the summer . He said . We were sitting in the sand and i was on his lap and he was playing with my hair . I turned around and he kissed me . I looked at him .

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END
A girl went to a party and
she ended up staying longer than she
planned, and had to walk home alone.
She wasn't afraid
because it was a small town, and she lived
only a few blocks away.
As she walked along under the tall elm
trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from
harm and danger.
When she reached the alley, which was a
short cut to her house, she decided to take it.
However, halfway down the alley she
noticed a man standing at the end as
though he were waiting for her.
She became uneasy and began to pray,
asking for God's protection.
Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness
and security wrapped round her, she felt as
though someone was walking with her.
when she reached the end of the alley,
she walked right past the man and arrived
home safely.
The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been killed in the same alley just
twenty minutes after she had been there.
Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and
the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep.
Thanking the Lord for her safety and to
help this young woman, she decided to go to the
police station.
She felt she could recognize the man,
so she told them her story.
The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him.
She agreed and immediately pointed out
the man she had seen in the alley the night before.
When the man was told he had been
identified, he immediately broke down and confessed
The officer thanked Diane for her bravery
and asked if there was anything they could do
for her She asked if they would ask the man one question.
Diane was curious as to why he had not
attacked her When the policeman asked him, he answered, Because she wasn't alone.
She had two tall men walking on either side of her.
Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone.
