So something similar happened to me about 2 years ago. The difference is it was my best friend calling me fat and rather than using the word fat she told me I looked pregnant (i had told her this was one of my insecurities) and then she got others to agree with her. I'm 5'3" and weigh around 125 and am quite curvy even though I wear a size 0. My advice is to go straight up to him and say something like "So you called me fat the other day and that really hurt so would you please either apologize or not talk to me because I don't want to be friends with people who try to bring me down." or something along those lines. I hope that helps!!
