i have a friend who used to go through anxiety attacks constantly in school basically everywhere
and she was quite miserable
i know you don't like counselors but please try it i know you will feel better once you start
and if you don't want to do this you can always do things that make you happy
maybe its watch your favorite movie, or a sport or anything really
but the biggest thing i can tell you is to make up your mind i know it seems stupid but you just have to tell yourself that you'll get through this and if your scared just remind your self that nothing extreme rarely comes from a panic attack. you don't want to leave room for regret later. make up your mind that you will do this and that you can do this cause there are better times ahead.

I feel that way all the time. People think my life is amazing when in reality it's not the life, it's me. If you ever wanna talk about it...I'm a great listener. I'll try to make you feel better. I promise you that I care and I'll be here for you. And if this is your poem...you're An amazing writer...I can see you becoming a poet reply
